Tele Pizza in Aachen

I cannot understand the criticism, we often order from Telepizza Burtscheid and are always very satisfied. Above all, the top-class pizza rolls are awesome - I bought them there as a schoolboy a few years ago and I still like to eat them. Keep it up!

The responses from the "Social Media Team" move me to never order here. Poor customer service. Typical German disservice.

Was actually always satisfied but this time it was a disaster 😒 the pizza was only lukewarm and half of the pizza was only topped with salamis, but almost all of them were double on top! But the worst thing I found was that it wasn't even cut. If that happens again, I don't feel like leaving my money there again!

Unfortunately, I haven't had such good experiences. I have already received a completely wrong order twice. I ordered vegan pizza rolls and took a bite - it was ham! Disaster for a vegan! The correct order was of course delivered later, but VERY UNFRIENDLY boss! No apology or anything like that. Then an error had apparently made an order - I paid with PayPal at Lieferando, the driver had the information that I still have to pay by card. But I had the PayPal receipt etc. Again very unfriendly boss on the phone "Either you pay by card now or I can cancel the order". What !? Customer friendliness is different! Yes, I don't pay twice - I said he should cancel it and I won't order there anymore. A little later the doorbell rang again and I got my order, photos were taken of my PayPal confirmation. Food is pretty good ibs. I was happy about the vegan offers - but that's not possible. As a customer, I felt really attacked.

I ordered through the app today. Delivery time was a bit long 55 minutes, but the pizzas were sensational !! Well filled and very tasty. It has not been so tasty for a long time. The waiting time was worth it👍👍👍

I'm disappointed. I'm a pretty regular customer. I always use one of the 2 available coupons. Not only they cost 2 euros more, but the pizza is way thinner and the toppings very reduced. They were stingy even on chili pepper that is free! Will not order again

Telepizza Burtscheid has waned. It was better years ago. Well filled, better taste. Small pizza 5.55 plus 3 ingredients € 10.00. There is better pizza now

The delivery lady in the Aachen branch was incredibly rude with me, just rang the doorbell a lot, although I opened the door in a few seconds and she screamed and scolded me loudly. That was awful

What kind of people do you have as a driver ?! Endanger and then insult others.

The pizzas are really great in taste for students during the exams. The delivery takes sometimes a little longer than expected otherwise good. If you register through your email you get points to collect. Its a very good system as you can get discounts when you redeem certain amount of colleced points.

Food was not there on time. Pizza soft and not a good taste .. Burger was mega!

Dear Sirs and Madames, I can not recommend Telepizza because they offer card payment on delivery but if this should not work (which was not due to my account), Telepizza will block you directly for card payments. Sorry but with such a customer friendliness you don't want to order there anymore. If you already offer card payment on delivery, you shouldn't blame the customer if there are device problems! There can be no question of reparation! I write a nice email to Tele Pizza Support and get an answer that I am no longer being supplied due to my behavior 😂 this is what the compensation of Tele Pizza looks like dear friends! MFG viola

Have ordered pasta, pizza, baguette and wrap and are thrilled, you can tell that the dishes are made with good and fresh ingredients. Everything was just delicious 🤤 Really recommendable!

Everything except the pizza as far recommended, burgers very delicious, delivery time also very good and friendly staff. Unfortunately, I find that the pizzas (the ground) are very greasy and heavy in the stomach, the quality of the ingredients is quite okay so far.

I think the food is over priced , specially Burgers !
